A professional logo usually takes a few hours to a few days, depending on how quickly feedback comes back. Here is exactly what happens at each step, what we need from you and when you pay.
With Miami Logo Design, first concepts usually arrive within 5–8 working hours, and many clients finish with final files the same day or the next. Complex illustrations, mascots or projects with several decision-makers take longer because each revision round depends on feedback.

Step by Step
The Six Stages of a Logo Project
1. Brief & Consultation
We ask for your exact business name, what you sell, who your customers are, where the logo will be used, colors you like or dislike, and examples you admire. A sketch, old logo or AI image helps too.
2. Research
The designer looks at your industry and nearby competitors so your logo doesn’t blend in, and notes practical limits such as signage, embroidery or vehicle use.
3. Concepts
You receive 3–5 original directions, for example a wordmark, an icon-plus-name and an emblem, so you can compare genuinely different ideas.
4. Revisions
Pick a favorite or combine ideas. We adjust fonts, colors, spacing and symbols until it feels right. Specific feedback (“bolder name, less green”) speeds this up.
5. Approval & Payment
There’s no upfront charge. You pay once you approve the final design; typical custom logo projects are $125–$200.
6. Final Files
You receive AI, EPS, SVG, PDF, PNG and JPG files in color, black and white versions, plus color codes. Embroidery-ready files are available on request.

What Should I Prepare Before Ordering a Logo?
The most useful things are your exact business name, a one-sentence description of what you do and who you serve, and two or three logos you like. Everything else can be worked out during the consultation.
