No upfront payment for logo projects

Logo design projects start without a deposit. You review concepts and revisions first, and payment is due when you approve the final design.

Revisions

We revise the chosen concept until it fits your brand. Revisions cover adjustments such as fonts, colors, spacing, layout and symbol details. A completely new direction or a change of business name after approval may be treated as a new project; we’ll tell you before any extra cost applies.

Quotes for conversion and cleanup work

AI logo cleanup and vector conversion are quoted after we review your file, because complexity varies. The quote is confirmed before work begins.

Ownership and files

Once the final logo is approved and paid for, you own the final artwork and receive the delivered files (typically AI, EPS, SVG, PDF, PNG and JPG). Please keep a backup copy.

Third-party assets

Some fonts used in logos are licensed by their foundries. When a font requires a separate license for your use, we’ll let you know, and we provide font names where available.

We design original work, but we do not provide legal advice or trademark searches. Consult a trademark attorney or the USPTO before filing.
